This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased from Bloomera. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Delivery within 5-7 business days

₹199 (Free for orders over ₹2,000)

Express Shipping

Delivery within 2-3 business days

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Serviceable Areas

We deliver to most pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code in the shipping address section.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.

Shipping Timeframes

The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹2,000. This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not include express shipping. The free shipping offer may be subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

Shipping Restrictions

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered for any reason, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment or refund. If the package was undeliverable due to an error in the shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any additional charges incurred for reshipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order by:

  1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section
  3. Contacting our customer service team with your order number

Delivery and Acceptance

All shipments require a signature upon delivery, unless you have authorized the carrier to leave the package without a signature. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice and will attempt delivery again on the next business day.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any visible damage. If the package appears damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing. You should also inspect the contents of your package immediately upon receipt and report any damaged or missing items to our customer service team within 48 hours.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or process a claim for the damaged items.

For lost packages, we will either replace the items or issue a refund once the carrier confirms the package is lost. For damaged items, we may request photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your claim.
