This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on products purchased from Bloomera. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a simple return and refund process.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without proof of purchase

Refund Process

  1. Initiate your return

    Log in to your account, go to your orders, and select the items you wish to return. Alternatively, contact our customer service team.

  2. Print your return label

    Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. Print this label and attach it to your package.

  3. Ship your return

    Package the items securely and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping the tracking information until your return is processed.

  4. Refund processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Refund Timeframe

The refund process typically follows this timeline:

  • Return Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
  • Return Processing: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after return approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by payment method and financial institution)

Please note that the total refund process may take up to 14-21 business days from the time you ship your return until the refund appears in your account.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to the original account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide bank details)
  • Gift Card Purchases: Refunded as store credit

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items that are returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items that have been damaged after delivery
  • Items that are returned after the 30-day return period but within 45 days

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Returns due to our error: We cover the return shipping costs (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
  • Returns due to customer preference: A shipping fee of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund
  • Exchange requests: No shipping fee for first exchange; subsequent exchanges incur a ₹199 shipping fee

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items to process your claim.

For damaged or defective items, we offer the following options:

  • Full refund including shipping costs
  • Replacement of the item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for the full amount plus 10% (as a goodwill gesture)

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it without any penalty. After that, if the order has not been processed, you may still request cancellation by contacting our customer service team.

For orders that have already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure once you receive the items.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund:

  • Returns without receipt but with proof of purchase (bank statement, etc.)
  • Returns after the 30-day period but within 45 days
  • Gift returns (unless the gift receipt is provided)
  • When requested by the customer

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for any purchase on our website.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
