Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Intimates and undergarments
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate your return
Log in to your account, go to your orders, and select the items you wish to return. Alternatively, contact our customer service team.
- Print your return label
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label via email. Print this label and attach it to your package.
- Package your items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box. Include all tags and accessories that came with the product.
- Ship your return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping the tracking information until your return is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For gift returns, we'll issue a store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we'll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, a shipping fee of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request an exchange during the return process.
